The Cambria is the value route to the Rainey scene — a newer tower, opened late 2023, a block off Rainey Street proper, with the adults-only deck on five and the Limestone bar eleven floors above it. You're at the quieter end of the district: close enough to walk to the bungalow bars and the lake trail, far enough that the noise stays on Rainey. At $$ it's the cheapest way to stay in this corner of downtown with a real pool deck — the pick if you want Rainey access without the boutique bill.
