The value entry, and honest about it — a uniform five-foot rooftop pool on the eighth floor in Old City, open high summer only. The view is more modest than the Center City decks, but it's a real swim in a walkable part of town for a fraction of the price.

Deck 11 is the largest rooftop pool on Capitol Hill and the only one where the Capitol dome is genuinely the view rather than a rumour of one. Eight hundred square feet of water inside an eight-thousand-square-foot deck, and day passes for about fifty dollars — the most accessible good pool in the city.
