Yes, there's a Texas-shaped lazy river — but the real draw is the 77-foot infinity pool on the 6th-floor Altitude deck, heated year-round and aimed straight at the downtown skyline over Discovery Green. A bucket-list rooftop, gimmick and all.
The newest serious pool in the city — it opened in 2024 — and it shows: an infinity edge on a seventh-floor deck that runs close to an acre, cabanas set along it, Buffalo Bayou Park green on one side and downtown glass on the other. Rare thing for Houston: a pool deck with actual landscape in the view, not just tower.
Fifty-five feet of climate-controlled water on a fourth-floor ipê deck, open every month of the year — not the highest pool downtown, but the only one engineered to be pleasant in August.
